1. Programme Overview

The ICCAVARI Affiliate Programme allows approved affiliates to earn commission by promoting ICCAVARI products through unique referral links or discount codes.

Affiliates act as independent promoters and are not employees, agents, or representatives of ICCAVARI.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to join the Programme, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
  
• Have an active, public social media account, website, or platform
  
• Align with ICCAVARI’s brand values of modesty, quality, and professionalism
  

ICCAVARI reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Links & Discount Codes

Once approved, affiliates will receive:

• A unique affiliate link and/or discount code
  
• A customer discount (typically 10%, unless otherwise agreed)
  

Commissions are tracked only through these official links or codes. ICCAVARI is not responsible for missed commissions due to incorrect usage.

4. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 10% commission per qualifying sale, depending on performance or agreed tier
  
• Commission is calculated on the final order value, excluding shipping, taxes, and refunds
  
• Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent are not eligible for commission
  

ICCAVARI reserves the right to update commission rates with reasonable notice.

5. Payments

• Commission payments are issued monthly
  
• Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal
  

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. ICCAVARI is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

6. Content & Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must:

• Promote ICCAVARI in a respectful and honest manner
  
• Avoid misleading claims, false discounts, or unauthorised promotions
  
• Ensure content aligns with modest fashion values
  

Affiliates must not:

• Use paid ads without written approval
  
• Misrepresent themselves as ICCAVARI employees
  
• Promote ICCAVARI alongside counterfeit or competing brands in the same content (where applicable)
  

7. Disclosure & Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations, including UK ASA guidelines.

All promotional content must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship using labels such as:

#ad, #affiliate, or paid partnership

8. Gifting & Collaborations

Some affiliates may receive gifted products or early access to launches with special discounts..

Unless explicitly stated in writing, gifting does not replace affiliate commission.

9. Intellectual Property

All ICCAVARI branding, images, and materials remain the property of ICCAVARI and may not be altered or used outside the scope of this Programme without permission.

10. Termination

ICCAVARI reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for breach of these terms
  
• Withhold unpaid commission in cases of fraud or misconduct
  

Affiliates may withdraw from the Programme at any time by providing written notice.

11. Amendments

ICCAVARI may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of any changes.
