Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order has been confirmed, we begin processing it straight away. Unfortunately, this means we cannot amend or cancel orders after checkout. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
How do I know my order was successful?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. If you don’t receive this, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@iccavari.com.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends/bank holidays are processed the next working day.
Which courier do you use?
For UK orders we ship via Royal Mail Tracked48 and signed services.
For International orders we ship via DPD AND Royal Mail Tracked48 & Signed services.
How much is the delivery?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, depending on your destination.
Will I be charged customs fees or taxes?
For orders shipped outside the UK, local customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receipt (UK & EU Customers) of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected (up to 5 business days), approved refunds are issued within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our most popular pieces may be restocked, but many designs are released in limited collections. We recommend signing up for our newsletter or following us on social media for restock updates.
How do I care for my ICCAVARI items?
We recommend following the care instructions on each garment label. Generally, wash delicate items on a gentle cycle, avoid tumble drying, and store folded or hung to maintain their shape.
