Processing
Please allow 2-3 days (Monday - Friday) for your order to be processed and shipped.
Orders placed on weekends/bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot amend addresses once your order has been confirmed.
Cancellations
We are unable to cancel an order after it has been placed. Once we have received your order, it will be processed and dispatched.

Estimated delivery 2–3 working days after processing. Shipping cost starts from £4.99.

We proudly ship to the EU, USA, Canada via a tracked and reliable service. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout depending on your location. Delivery times vary depending on location.
Mainland Europe: Estimated delivery within 7 working days.
USA & Canada: Estimated delivery within 10 working days.
Rest of the World: Estimated delivery within 14 working days.
Customs & Import duties
International orders may be subject to local customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check your country’s import regulations before placing your order.
For all orders returned to ICCAVARI due to unpaid customs fees or refusal will be subjected to a store credit.
A £6 return processing fee plus any carrier/customs charges incurred and the original shipping fee will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.”
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel’s journey.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update once the courier has scanned your package.
