Returns & Exchange

We want you to be satisfied and feel confident with every purchase, and hope you love your ICCAVARI purchase. Each item is individually inspected before shipping; however, if something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

 

Refunds

We are happy to accept a return in exchange for a Store Credit.

 

Damage of defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a free return and ensure the correct replacement or refund is processed.

Once an item has been approved, we aim to issue a refund within 7 days of receiving your return. This will be processed back to your original payment. 

If you do not receive confirmation within 10 business days, please contact us at contact@iccavari.com.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. For the quickest service, please get in touch with us for a return in exchange for a Store Credit and place a new order for your preferred product. 

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. This applies to most items, excluding sale or discontinued items, provided they are returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty/incorrect.

 

Returns

Please inspect your purchases carefully before removing the tags. Once removed, returns cannot be accepted, inclusive of defects. For returns to be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from signs of use.
  • Returned with their original hangtags and packaging intact.
  • Free from strong scents such as perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odour.
  • Complete with all accessories, inserts, or complimentary items originally included.
  • We are unable to accept returns if:
  • The item has been altered, customised, or shows any sign of wear.
  • The product was marked as sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • The return request falls outside the 14 days
  • The item is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
  • Returned without prior contact.

Please note that discounted or sale items, and accessories (jewellery, hijab cap/pins and scrunchies) are non returnable unless faulty.

Once your return arrives, it will undergo a quality inspection; therefore, please allow up to 5 business days for confirmation.

We aim to issue Store Credit within 7 days of receiving your return. Returns that fail to meet our requirements will be declined.

 

Returns process

Please submit a request to contact@iccavari.com by including your order number, return reason and any applicable photos.


Once approved, pack the item securely, along with the original packing slip, in its original packaging with the return label provided.

Unless the item is incorrect or faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

EU orders

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, in addition to the terms of this policy.

 

International orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders outside of the European Union.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
